OUR RETURN POLICY

• If for any reason you should receive your product(s) damaged please contact us immediatly at 888.537.2511 and we will replace the damaged goods at no charge.

• If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products we will replace the product or refund your money, less a restocking fee of $5.00 per order within 30 days of your purchase.  If you desire a refund the product must be returned in it's original packaging and relatively unused.  

 BACKORDERS

• We will contact you as soon as a product is back in stock.  Your account will not be charged until your product is shipped.

SHIPPING

• We ship your order via US Postal Service.  We charge a flat rate of $4.95 per order.  Delivery time is 2-3 days.  We do ship overnight, charges will be determined by weight and size of your purchase unless otherwise advertised.

   

• At this time we do not ship international orders but if this is of interest please complete our contact form and we will keep you up to date as to when we offer this service.

SHELF LIFE OF PRODUCTS

• To ensure freshness, it is best to use all products within 1 year of receiving your product.  Our unscented salts will last a lifetime due to this being 100% natural.
